Can I hire one person or start with a whole team?
Both. Tell us the roles, workload and coverage you need. We can help you hire one person or build a team, then add roles as your needs grow.
What does remote staffing cost?
Rates start from $8/hour and vary by role, experience and schedule. We agree the scope and terms before you start, so you can budget for the work you actually need covered.
Can I hire part-time?
Yes. Tell us how many hours you need each week and when the work needs to happen. We will help define a realistic scope and confirm the schedule and minimum hours before hiring.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Boogie offers staffing without a long-term commitment. Your service agreement sets out the payment, notice and cancellation terms. We review those with you before you start.
Which roles can Boogie help me hire?
Sales and appointment setting, administration, customer support, marketing, bookkeeping, CRM, automation and other specialist roles. We help turn your workload into a clear role.
Where is the talent based?
We connect businesses with remote professionals in the Philippines and South America. The right location depends on the skills, working hours and communication needs of your role.
Can my person work my business hours?
Tell us your time zone, required hours. We recruit around the agreed schedule and confirm availability during matching. Coverage depends on the role and the candidate.
How do you find the right person?
We clarify the role, recruit and screen candidates, and present a shortlist. You interview and approve the person before starting. Tell us which skills matter most.
Who trains and manages my person?
You provide business-specific training, daily priorities and approvals. Boogie coordinates onboarding and stays involved through work reviews and client and talent check-ins. Clear expectations help the relationship work.
What if the fit is not right?
Tell us what is not working. We review the issue with you and help coordinate improvements or a replacement. Replacement and cancellation terms are agreed before starting.
Can I add people or change the scope later?
Yes. Bring us the new workload, hours or skills you need. We will review the scope and agree any changes to staffing, schedules and rates.
I tried remote hiring before. What should I do differently?
Start with a specific role, a realistic workload and someone who can guide the new hire. Discuss what went wrong before. Boogie helps with recruitment, onboarding and ongoing check-ins; your daily direction remains important.
