What is a dedicated remote team?
A dedicated remote team is a group of professionals hired for ongoing roles within your business. They work to your agreed hours, use your tools, and follow your processes. Boogie helps recruit and support the people; you guide their daily work.
Can we plan a team of 25, 50, or more?
Yes. We can discuss your target headcount and develop a phased recruiting plan around the roles, hiring market, and your capacity to train and manage new people. Availability and timelines are confirmed after scoping the requirements.
Who trains and manages the team?
You provide business-specific training, daily priorities, approvals, and operational supervision. Boogie coordinates onboarding and ongoing client and talent check-ins. If you need a team leader or supervisor, we discuss that role and its responsibilities as part of the staffing plan.
How is this different from call center outsourcing?
With dedicated remote staffing, you select your people and direct how they work inside your business. A fully managed call center outsourcing agreement may instead assign responsibility for an entire service and its delivery to the provider. We clarify the scope and accountability with you before hiring.
Can our team work US hours in English or Spanish?
Tell us the time zone, required coverage, and language level for each role. We recruit around that brief, including English and Spanish options in the Philippines and Latin America as appropriate. Availability is confirmed during candidate matching.
How quickly can we get started?
The timeline depends on the roles, number of hires, screening requirements, interview availability, and training readiness. We agree on the first hiring stage and subsequent expansion plan after reviewing your needs.
What happens if someone is not the right fit?
Raise the concern with your Boogie contact. We review the issue with you and help coordinate improvements or a replacement under the terms agreed for your engagement. Clear role briefs and feedback help us make the next step useful.
What should we prepare before requesting a quote?
Bring your target roles, approximate headcount, required hours, language needs, and preferred start date. If you are still deciding, share the workload and your current bottlenecks so we can help shape the plan.
