What does it cost?
Remote talent starts from $8/hour. The rate depends on the role, experience and schedule. We agree the scope and terms before you start.
Who trains and manages my person?
You provide business-specific training, daily priorities and approvals. Boogie coordinates onboarding and stays involved through work reviews and client and talent check-ins.
What if the fit isn’t right?
We review the issue with you and help coordinate improvements or a replacement. Replacement and cancellation terms are agreed before starting.
